These Terms of Use and Laboratory Services Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://outsourcedentallab.com (the “Website”) and all services provided by Outsource Dental Laboratory (“Laboratory,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing the Website, submitting cases, or engaging our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this Website or our services.

1. Business Use Only

Our services are intended solely for licensed dental professionals, dental laboratories, and business entities.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion.

2. No Medical or Clinical Advice

All content on this Website is for informational purposes only.

The Laboratory does not provide medical or clinical advice. All treatment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed dental professional.

3. Scope of Services

The Laboratory provides dental laboratory outsourcing services, including crowns, bridges, veneers, implant restorations, dentures, and related products.

All restorations are custom-made based on Client instructions and submitted materials.

4. Case Acceptance and Refusal

All cases are subject to review and acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • reject any case

  • discontinue any service

  • terminate any client relationship

at any time without obligation or liability.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client is solely responsible for:

  • accurate impressions, scans, and submissions

  • proper tooth preparation

  • correct occlusion, margin design, and clinical execution

  • complete and clear prescriptions

The Laboratory is not responsible for any clinical outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete submissions.

6. No Submission of Protected Health Information

This Website is not intended to receive protected health information (PHI).

You agree not to submit patient-identifiable information through the Website. Any such submission is at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability.

Secure communication must be arranged separately if required.

7. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to case complexity, shipping, customs, or other factors beyond our control. The Laboratory shall not be liable for any delays.

8. Remakes and Adjustments

Remakes or adjustments may be considered only if:

  • the issue is due solely to Laboratory error

  • the case meets our remake criteria

The Laboratory reserves sole discretion to determine eligibility for remake.

Remakes are not guaranteed and may be denied if:

  • impressions or scans are inaccurate

  • preparation or clinical execution is improper

  • instructions are unclear or incomplete

No refunds are provided for custom work.

9. Limited Warranty

The Laboratory provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

This limited warranty applies solely to defects directly attributable to Laboratory fabrication.

This warranty does not apply to, and the Laboratory shall have no responsibility for:

  • improper or inadequate impressions or digital scans

  • inaccurate or incomplete prescriptions or instructions

  • improper tooth preparation, margin design, or occlusion

  • clinical handling, adjustment, or cementation

  • normal wear, patient-related factors, or misuse

All warranty determinations are made at the sole discretion of the Laboratory.

The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or remake of the restoration. No refunds will be issued.

Except as expressly stated above, all products and services are provided “as is,” and all other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Laboratory shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • loss of business, revenue, or reputation

  • clinical outcomes or patient-related claims

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific case in question.

11. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Laboratory from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • clinical use of restorations

  • patient-related claims

  • improper case submission

  • violation of these Terms

12. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Payment terms:

  • payment is due upon invoicing unless otherwise agreed

  • late payments may result in suspension of services

  • the Client is responsible for all collection costs

The Laboratory reserves the right to require prepayment

13. Shipping and Risk

The Client is responsible for shipping cases to the Laboratory unless otherwise agreed.

Risk of loss or damage during shipping is borne by the shipping carrier.

The Laboratory is not responsible for:

  • shipping delays

  • customs issues

  • lost or damaged shipments

14. Intellectual Property

All Website content and Laboratory materials remain the property of the Laboratory.

No content may be reproduced or used without written permission.

15. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Website

  • attempt unauthorized access

  • introduce harmful code

  • misrepresent your identity

16. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services, including shipping providers, software platforms, or external integrations.
